The LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura” centre, with its modern and technological spaces, is the ideal venue for hosting events high-level educational events: music, theatre, dance, exhibitions creative workshops and live streaming talk shows.
Precisely this last formula will be the protagonist of a DDS brand new event: a Live Surgery of a clinical case of implantology, broadcasted in high definition and commented live in Italian. Lectures will be held about the most topical issues, such as the advantages of guided surgery, metal-free ceramic implants muco-gingival surgery flaps in implantology, the additive Vs subtractive technology in prosthetics and finally the management of bone defects with the GBR technique.
Another news: we will not only and exclusively talk about Dentistry, but also about Art. Ours is still a medical art in which, like artists, we give or restore its highest expression to the patient’s smile.
For this reason, DDS Switzerland will involve Prof. Vittorio Sgarbi with a Lectio Magistralis entitled ‘The Smile in the History of Art’, a collection of the most significant masterpieces in which mouths and smiles play a key role.
