From Idea to Publication
The process is intentionally simple.

1. Choose your format
Select the content structure that best fits your topic.
2. Record your Digital Pill
Use a smartphone or any recording setup that clearly communicates your insight.
- Remember to record in 9:16 proportions.
- 4K resolution recommended.
- To be recorded in English.
3. Log in and Submit for editorial review
- Go to your log-in area and select Digital Pills button.
- Fill the form and submit your content.
Remember: every submission is reviewed to ensure alignment with DDS quality and educational standards.
4. Ready for the DDS community
Approved pills become part of the shared DDS knowledge stream.
Your content will be published on:
- DDS social media channels.
- DDS website.

Submission Guidelines
To maintain clarity, educational quality, and consistency across the initiative, all submissions must follow these principles.
Each video must focus on one clearly defined topic or insight.
Vertical video is preferred (9:16). 4K resolution recommended. Content must remain fully understandable on mobile screens.
Submissions must be conceived and produced by the submitting member. Repurposed marketing materials are not eligible.
Any collaboration or featured partner technology must be openly disclosed within the content.
Digital Pills are educational formats — not promotional vehicles.
Content should use a professional and understandable tone and must be recorded in English.
All submissions are reviewed before publication.
